Mentoring Program

SMPS Ontario is pleased to offer our members a group mentoring program.

Group mentorship provides opportunities to connect, learn from peers, discuss challenges, and form solutions.  The objective of our program is to bring like-minded people together to engage in semi-structured conversations, where members can learn from other members of various levels of experience, encouraging conversations around marketing and business development leadership in the industry.

SMPS Ontario will be offering group mentorship for four communities of practice: Leadership, Business Development, Marketing, and Proposals.

Each group will meet online, four times a year, for a one-hour discussion at a mutually convenient time. Discussions will be facilitated by SMPS member volunteers.

Members are invited to sign up for one community of practice per year, based on the discipline that best suits their needs.  Registration will be limited to eight (8) members per group to allow participants to get the most out of the sessions.
