January 21, 2020

Event Description

We all know that sales and marketing fuel your business, but how do we use those resources intentionally? This session will show you where sales and marketing fit in your strategic plan and how to stay nimble in an industry of new markets and shifting targets.

Strategic planning can be transformative. However, commitment to your plan is often difficult when you’re not seeing the results you want. If you have already taken the time to clarify your vision and detail your plan for implementation, why not formulate an adaptable strategic plan? We know that set-and-forget, fixed strategic plans will not deliver. Building a flexible strategic plan, detailed from top to bottom is easier than you think.

This session will walk through the responsive, strategic plan that has led to rapid growth and new efficiencies for Aercoustics Engineering Limited. Six years of using this process has more than doubled its size (from 20 to 50+ staff) and tripled its revenue. Join Steve Titus as he breaks down strategic planning, implementation, and optimization for A/E/C firms and the crucial role of sales and marketing in achieving your vision.

Presenter

Steve Titus, P.Eng., is President and CEO of Aercoustics Engineering Limited, a privately-held firm that specializes in fostering innovation in acoustics, vibration and noise control.
