Event Description

Marketing and business development professionals at A/E/C firms are responsible for building brands and businesses. But, how do firms attract and retain top marketing talent? The industry is at point where many firms are finding this difficult. On the other side, marketers often face challenges in being recognized for their work and often lack opportunities for growth within a firm.

A panel of industry leaders will explore the current situation and share a frank and important discussion on marketing staff retention and development in the A/E/C industry.

Attendees will explore solutions that firms can use to keep their teams engaged and productive, thereby improving their return on investment in marketing resources, supporting knowledge retention and gaining a competitive edge. Attendees will learn strategies to create an environment in which skilled marketers and business developers and their firms can excel.
