Using findings from the Gensler Research Institute’s latest study, the Gensler Experience Index, this presentation will uncover the universal drivers of great experiences by providing quantifiable connections between innovation, design and positive business outcomes.

The presentation will begin by outlining why understanding experience is important and the methodology Gensler used to explore this topic. Next it will unveil key findings of the research, particularly the modes of experience, and how that influences how we perceive space. Finally, how does this knowledge influence design? Come learn how designers can create meaningful experiences and how innovative design solutions and strategies will drive emotional connections to your space and brand.
